The Crafty Kiwi Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.

SHIPPING RANGE

- Countries: We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia

- Future Expansion: Expansion to other shipping areas is being considered.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Within New Zealand: Free Shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding rural addresses where a flat fee of $5 will be charged at checkout when checking "Rural Delivery"
  • The postage costs are displayed on the Checkout Page before you confirm the order based on the location and weight of products in the order.
  • Please note, the courier prices only cover regions within the main islands of New Zealand - North Island and South Island. Shipping to New Zealand's surrounding islands are subject to additional postal charges; these areas include but are not limited to: Stewart Island, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island, and The Chatham Islands. If you live in an area outside of the North Island or South Island, please contact us and we will provide you with a postage quote.
  • International purchases: will have the postage quoted for and an email sent to confirm total cost.
  • If your order is oversized, we will contact you regarding the extra courier charge.
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

- Last Order Time: 22:00 (GMT+12:00) New Zealand Standard Time.

- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

TRANSIT TIME

- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days (within New Zealand)

- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

SHIPPING PROCESS

- Reliable Courier Services: We ship via Zappy Courier Services who use New Zealand Post for all deliveries.

- Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.

- Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our ecological footprint.

TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS

- Tracking Information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.

- Track Your Order: You can track your order via our website. Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking portal to view the status of your order.

- Questions: Our support team is ready to assist with any questions about tracking your order.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via support@thecraftykiwi.co.nz

- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

RETURN POLICY

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items or sale items cannot be returned.

- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, The Crafty Kiwi will cover the return shipping costs.

- Refund: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.
