Let me show you what I created. I really hope you like them!
Card 1:

I began by cutting a yellow cardstock panel from my stash to A2 size then a navy panel just 1/8 inch smaller to layer ontop. I then added gold splatters to the background for an artsy look. I then used my yellow alcohol panel to die cut the flowers and leaves from the Floral Doodles Die Set. The sentiment is cut from the Essential Sentiments Die Set

Card 2:

For this card, I used a large wide flat paint brush to add a wash of colour to the panel using just 3 colours from Lapis Lazuli, Fall Harvest and Firebrick to create a rainbow across the panel. By overlapping the colours I created 2 new colours of orange and green. I then die cut a panel from Tangled Loops Cover Die using Brushed Gold Metallic Cardstock. A sentiment in black for contrast was stamped and die cut from One Go Birthday Greetings Stamp and Die Set
Card 3:

I used all 4 colours in the Lapis Lazuli to colour a panel then when it was almost dry and there were still sticky lines where inks meet I rubbed on some gold tonor foil from my stash to add some organic specks and streaks of gold shimmer. I just love this look. It was mounted onto an A2 mottled silver cardstock from my stash.
Card 4:

The Fall Harvest Panel was then used to Hot Foil the Gilded Rose Hot Foil Plate using silver hot foil. I felt that this large rose is enough and the design was gorgeous just as is once the sentiment was added.
Card 5:

Another rainbow background created using the same blue and yellow ink sets and slanting the paper in a few different directions to get the inks to mix a bit. I then used Exquisite Marble Hot Foil Plate to add the stunning marble effect to the panel. I think the foiling just steps it up a notch.
Card 6:

For my final card, I added the Chevron Background Hot Foil Plate to the alcohol inked background panel, matted it with black cardstock for a striking contrast and then die cut the script Thinking of You die in black to give a cohesive look to this simple card. A few gold gems were added for even more shine and glitz.
